I want to welcome you to the Jefferson Alumni Association’s website.  As you go through the various pages of this website, please consider the outstanding efforts that were made in reconstructing this website and the positive contributions that are being made by all those that continue to be active with this Association.  

Many of you may not be aware of this, but the Association has been active in one capacity or another since the mid-1970s.  Our predecessors have accomplished this by always keeping in focus the Association’s primary objective of what can be done for the current students at Jefferson.  We would like all alumni to consider what they may be able to contribute and encourage you to join the Association and participate in our activities.  The Association continues to be voluntary, no membership dues are required, and the membership recently voted to include our Silva Magnet graduates. (Constitution and By-laws).

I would be remiss if I did not point out that the fact that the Association would not be as successful if not for the numerous contributions that we receive throughout the year. While you are here, please visit our contributor’s web page.  I will ask that if you ever have an opportunity for any of the services that are identified, please solicit their business and mention that you are a Jefferson alumni.

Enjoy your visit and please do not hesitate to ask for help while you are here.  The new site has a great many new features and offerings all geared to improve communication and contact among alumni.  In addition, one of the goals is to meet the needs of current students by offering scholarship program information that hopefully will provide them with the help they need to start their careers.
